Sunset Links 01
Set in Sunset Links Golf Estate, this renovation transformed a dated home into a warm, contemporary retreat. Open-plan interiors feature a sculptural staircase, a cosy fireplace nook, and a coastal-inspired palette of natural textures, with large windows framing mountain and ocean views.

This Green Point home maximizes its elevated site with views of the Atlantic, stadium, and City Bowl. Clean lines, expansive glazing, and open-plan interiors create a light, modern feel. A double-volume library and study form a striking focal point, while terraces and a pool deck keep the views central to the living experience.

This project added a striking timber-frame penthouse to a Sunset Beach guest house, clad in metal and warm timber. A sleek monochromatic interior contrasts the coastal setting, while expansive glazing captures views of the Atlantic, Table Mountain, and Lion’s Head, creating a bold yet serene retreat.

Leeuwenhof
Set in Higgovale, this home captures views of the City Bowl and surrounding forest. Bold geometric forms are softened by cedar cladding, with cantilevered balconies adding depth, shade, and privacy. Expansive glazing enhances the indoor-outdoor connection, while entertainment spaces, a pool, and a landscaped courtyard complete the design.

Glencoe Avenue
This Higgovale home blends mountain and ocean views with modern living, stepping down the slope to layer utility, leisure, and private spaces. Curved wings frame views and shelter outdoor areas, while a floating roof adds shade and presence. Sustainable features and warm materials complement a crisp palette, with a sculptural staircase as the interior focal point.

Doitsu
This Knysna home is a bold architectural statement, combining striking engineering with modern living. Elevated on a slope, it maximizes ocean views with cantilevered zinc-clad wings, white concrete, and corten steel accents. Expansive glazing and outdoor decks create a seamless indoor-outdoor connection.

Set against the slopes of Vredehoek, this project breathed new life into an existing house through a complete interior overhaul. The layouts were opened up, introducing a more fluid connection between kitchen, dining, and bedroom areas. Outside, the addition of RHEINZINK cladding paired with timber accents transformed the façade into a striking architectural statement, blending contemporary design with natural warmth. The renovation has created a home that is modern, functional, and closely tied to its surroundings.

This new-build home in Johannesdal is a contemporary timber-frame residence focused on sustainability, natural materials, and a strong connection to its surroundings. Timber cladding and Japandi-inspired interiors - featuring clean lines, light woods, and neutral tonescreate a calm, modern aesthetic. Thoughtfully balanced, the design blends functionality, simplicity, and texture to achieve a refined yet nature-connected living space.
